Garment/Accessories Rental Policies

RENTAL FEE:

All rentals will require a fee equal to 30% of the total value of items rented. Added accessories may also be rented for an additional cost:

-$10: Accessory Flat Rate: Bracelets, necklaces, hats, sunglasses, etc. (Limit 10 per full outfit, Custom Accessories rented at will require an additional deposit equal to their total value)

-$20: Shoe (1 per full outfit, Shoes rented at will require an additional deposit equal to its total value.)

DEPOSITS:

All rentals require a full security deposit for the total value of each item (prices vary depending on whether single or multiple garments are rented and/or added accessories). The full security deposit is to be charged prior to release of garment(s).  Deposit will be refunded upon return and inspection, minus rental fee, processing fee (if applicable), and any other fees incurred over the duration of rental.

ALTERATIONS:

If garments and/or accessories are returned altered or damaged, additional fees will be charged above security deposit. Garments and/or accessories may NOT be cut, dyed, painted or embellished without written consent from Rated R LLC. Tape, iron-on bonding-web, glue or any other type of adhesives may NOT be used on garments or accessories.

DAMAGED OR LOST GARMENT/ACCESSORIES FEES:

Normal wear and tear on garments and/or accessories are expected and won’t incur extra charges. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will incur damage charges above the agreed upon total rental fee.

Damage charges will be assessed for broken zippers, detached pieces, make-up or other permanent stains or any other damage that renders the garments and/or accessories not rentable. It includes the cost of the supplies needed to restore the items to their original state as well as labor costs. Major damage to garments and/or accessories, including irreparable tears, or irreversible marks will be assessed at the replacement value of the items. For any lost garments and/or accessories the full security deposit will be charged per item and not returned to the Renter.

LATE FEE:

If garments and/or accessories are returned past the date agreed upon by both parties, the Renter agrees to pay a non-refundable late fee totaling  $10 each day after the agreed upon date.

If paying by Venmo, a non-refundable processing fee of 3% will be applied. If paying by PayPal, a non-refundable processing fee of 4% will be applied.

If paying by Credit Card, I agree to sign a Credit Card Authorization form to complete the rental process with Rated R LLC. I understand this information will only be used if damage/replacement charges above the security deposit are required and will be returned to me upon the return and approval of the rented items.

If paying by Cash, no processing fee will be applied. If paying by Check, funds must be verified and deposited before garments and/or accessories are rented.
